Welcome to Odyssey
Our mission is to “meet the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities while maximising their independence and autonomy”.
We work with 12 London boroughs managing 33 services including:
• Residential Care
• Supported Living
• Odyssey Options (Community Access)
• City Breaks Respite Service
• Staff Learning and Development Services
• LDQ Training
We support over 200 people in their own homes and community, and employ over 330 full and part-time staff.
Through our 'Learning and Development Solutions for Today' courses and LDQ training center, we provide training and development to our own staff team and also to other organisations.
Odyssey is ISO 9001 and CHAS accredited, and an 'Investor in People'.
